Your choice: You can request complete deletion of your LowPricer account and associated personal data at any time. This page explains what is removed and how to ask.
What happens when you delete your account
When you delete your LowPricer account, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Profile information (name, email, profile photo);
- Search history;
- Favorite products;
- Configured price alerts;
- Conversations with the shopping advisor;
- Sign-in session data;
- Account preferences and settings.
What may be retained
Some data may be kept for a limited period when required by law or for legitimate security purposes:
- Security logs (such as IP address and access records) — up to 90 days, for security and fraud prevention;
- Records required by law — for example, information related to affiliate commissions where tax rules require retention;
- Anonymized data used for aggregate statistics that cannot identify you.
How to request deletion
You can delete your account in two ways:
Option 1 — Through the app (recommended)
- Open the LowPricer app and sign in to your account;
- Go to Profile → Settings;
- Tap Delete account;
- Confirm deletion in the dialog box.
Deletion is processed promptly and your personal data is removed within 30 days.
Option 2 — By email
If you cannot access the app, send an email to:
- To: [email protected]
- Subject: Account deletion — LowPricer
- Body: Include the email registered on your account
We will respond within 15 business days confirming deletion.
Accounts created with an external provider
If you signed in with an external account provider, deleting your LowPricer account removes data stored by us. To revoke LowPricer’s access to that external account, use the provider’s own account permissions or connected-apps settings.
Consequences of deletion
- Deletion is irreversible — you cannot recover the account or data after confirmation;
- You will need to create a new account to use LowPricer again;
- Favorites, alerts and search history will be permanently lost.
